How to earn $KDR

Summary

• 4 ways to get $KDR:
  • Fixed airdrop to your NFTs (Sparksuits > Spirit Guardians > Collectible Journals) in August 2024.
  • Monthly distribution by leaderboard placement via playing the web3 game on Kaidro.com.
  • Purge event (to conclude this December 11, 2024)
  • Buy from exchanges (Katana, and undisclosed centralized exchange)
• $KDR is the main tradeable token, releasing in sometime this year (2024), used for minting the third NFT, Pilots, and buying synergy slots.
• Kalodium is a non-tradeable ERC20 token for use in the web3 game.
• Token utilities:
  • NFT marketplace
  • Purchase in-game currency
  • Game -Purchase exclusive items
  • Unique lock up system for the NFTs for various producer roles
  • Converting in game assets to NFTs
  • More to be determined.
• You will be given alpha-KDR at the beginning and then that can be exchanged for $KDR once the token is out. Similar to berry in Pixels.

How does the web3 game work?

• Kaidro rewards you for holding their NFTs through a semi-active staking model.You have to accumulate a minimum of 200 points to qualify for KDR.
• Don't have an NFT? No problem. You still have a chance at $KDR with enough IP engagement.
• Get all the free badges
• Claim 1 Kalo a day and spin till you get 200 points! This is difficult to do without NFTs but it's still worth it to try as there are also other rewards in the spinwheel.
• If you have just 1 NFT then you can lock it up to produce rank points. Here are the requirements for singlular NFT lockups:
  • Complete 14 quests on Kaidro.com.
  • Have at least one of the three premium NFTs (SS, SG or Pilots).
  • Set synergies once per week in Kaidro.com.
• If you have 3 NFTs of the same clan (Grimbone, Bubblegum violence, or Emerald hand), you can synergize them and recieve bonuses to get more KDR. Remember that you need 3 NFTs of the same clan to synergize Here are the requirements for synergy:
  • Complete 14 quests on Kaidro.com.
  • Have at least 3 NFTs of the same clan.
  • Set synergies at least once per month in Kaidro.com.
• Bonuses for combining 3 of the same color or different NFT types, with higher points for higher NFT tiers/rarity.
• Synergy slots cost 1 $RON/$KDR and decrease by 50% per additional slot, with no limit on slots per account. Alpha-KDR will replace RON in the 3rd week of September. $KDR will replace alpha-KDR once it is generated.
• Two outcomes from synergy:
  • Rank points accumulate towards monthly leaderboards.
  • Kalodium is used in the spin wheel system (1 Kalodium per 5 rank points).

Requirements for converting alpha-KDR to $KDR

• 1️⃣ Minimum NFT Requirements. wallet holder must hold one of the following:
• 1 Spark Suit NFT or 1 Spirit Guardian NFT.
• 2️⃣ Synergy / 1 Lockup Setup Requirements.
  • Players must either synergize 3 NFT's for 1 week or lock up 1 NFT once a week consecutively until TGE
  • Each missed week of Synergy setup results in a loss of convertable $KDR.
• 3️⃣ Grace Period for Missed Weeks.
  • All users are given a 2-week grace period for the entire duration leading up to the TGE, not per month.
  • This means: Users can miss up to 2 separate weeks total during the pre-TGE period and still convert 100% of their $KDR. After the 2-week grace period, any additional missed weeks will reduce the convertible $KDR proportionally based on the number of Synergy weeks completed.
• 4️⃣ Portion of Alpha-KDR Convertible:
• The portion of Alpha-KDR that can be converted to $KDR is proportional to the number of Synergy weeks completed beyond the grace period.
• Example: If there are 12 Synergy weeks before TGE, and a player completes 10 weeks (including the grace period), they can convert 10/12 = 83% of their Alpha-KDR to $KDR. (There isn’t a final date for TGE, the number of weeks is variable)

Badges

• Gain badges by interacting with the IP, contributing significantly to your leaderboard placement.
• Badges are earned by reading comics, engaging in social media, etc.
• Journal holders can accumulate enough points to participate in the leaderboard through engagement and badge acquisition.

Spin Wheel

• The Spin Wheel is a gacha-like game that lets you win rank points and other prizes (e.g., merchandise, NFTs).
• 1 Kalodium is used per spin, with no free spins, and spins are unlimited per day if you have Kalodium.
• Kalodium is mainly earned through synergy, and you can claim 1 Kalodium daily at the spinwheel page.
• Leaderboard scores update within 24 hours; check your profile for pending synergy points and Kalodium.
• At the end of each month, your final rank points determine your KALO allocation (1 KALO per 5 rank points).

NFT Charge (for future development)

• Once a day, the website will feature one of 54 NFT traits.
• If you have an NFT with the featured trait, you can use it as a cartridge to boost your chances at legendary prizes.
• Clan parts provide the highest boost and increase the chance of getting legendary prizes if called upon by the Cartridge system.
