How to buy NFTs and get $KDR

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

There are 2 games. One game is called Kaidro: Clan Battles and is purely web2. It's a MOBA shooter that lives on steam. NFTs are used purely as skin within this game. The second game lives on the Kaidro.com website and is the web3 aspect of Kaidro. In this web3 game, You combine NFTs to synergize and give points towards a monthly leaderboard. $KDR will be distributed in proportion to the number of points you accumulate in a month and the number of people who participate (very similar to axie's play to rice system). There is also a spin wheel which will give you the chance to earn more points and get ahead, and prevents the game from being too predictable. Other prizes (merch, NFTs, etc) can be won as well. Read about the details of KDR below.

Step 1: Create a steam account (If have no plans to play the game then proceed to step 2).

1. Create a steam account and download the game.
2. Go to the steam store look for Kaidro: Clan battles. Click this to go directly to the Clan Battles game
3. Download and wait for it to appear in the library
4. Log onto the game in steam.
5. Create an in-game account.
6. Remember your username and password as you will be logging this into the Kaidro website later on.

Step 2: Create a Kaidro account and ronin wallet

1. You will need a Ronin wallet to proceed. I've placed a direct link to a tutorial on how to create a Ronin wallet below.
2. Once you have a Ronin wallet, visit Kaidro.com.
3. Click the "Free Journal Mint" button at the bottom right of your screen. Follow the prompts and be patient as minting may take some time.
4. Congratulations! You are now part of the Kaidro universe.

Step 3: Collect badges and plan what NFT you will buy

1. Once the free journal is minted in the kaidro.com website you can start fulfilling your quests.
2. Fulfill a minimum 14 quests (collect 14 badges, required*) .
3. You need to combine 3 NFTs of the same clan to synergize and produce points. You get bonuses by matching themes and by combining different NFT types
4. Visit the automated calculator I created. With it, you can combine different NFTs to see how much points you will produce. Create a copy of the calculator and plan what NFTs you need before buying. You only need to choose from the dropdown in columns B to D - the NFT type, rarity and color.

Step 4: Buy RON. Go to mavis market to buy NFTs

RON is the primary token used to transact in the mavis market place. Determine how much RON you need to buy your NFTs that you want or planned using the calculator. Once you're ready buy RON. Click the first button below to know how and where to buy RON.

1. Once you have the RON head over to the MAVIS MARKET. (See links below)
2. Once in the mavis market, focus your attention the left most panel.
3. Use the filter to look for traits you need for synergy - color theme, clan, nft type, tier - these are all under under General and Others.
4. Refer back to the synergy calculator in step 3 if you need guidance. Once you buy all NFTs, head over to Kaidro.com and set up your synergies in the synergy page

Step 5: Go to kaidro.com to build your synergy, Accumulate at least 200 points to qualify for $KDR

1. Go to kaidro.com. Go to profile page. Click the synergy tab within the page.
2. Choose 3 NFTs to combine use your calculator as reference
3. Each synergy will cost 1RON/KDR that diminishes 50% for every additional synergy you set up.
4. Once you set up all synergies, go to the profile page and see your pending rank points and Kalodium to know how much to recieve the next Saturday.

Remember: Synergy points apply to the leaderboard every Saturday. You have to set your synergy from Sunday 0:00 UTC to Monday 0:00 UTC weekly. You will also be given 1 Kalodium for every 5 synergy points you create, which will also be given on Saturday. You can use the Kalodium to spin in the spinwheel and increase your leaderboard rankings. Join can the Kaidro discord community to stay up to date with the latest events in the kaidro community.
